5. Our Approach to Credit Assistance
We adopt a structured and considered approach to providing credit assistance.
We operate a multi lender model. This means your application may be assessed by one or more credit providers, depending on suitability and the nature of the transaction.
Where appropriate, applications may be restructured or presented to alternative credit providers in order to improve the likelihood of approval or to better align with your requirements.
We take reasonable steps to manage the number of credit enquiries made on your behalf and aim to minimise unnecessary or duplicative submissions.
6. Fees and Commissions
We may receive remuneration in connection with the credit assistance we provide.
This may include upfront commissions paid by a credit provider upon settlement of a finance facility and ongoing commissions paid by a credit provider over the term of the finance arrangement.
The amount and structure of any commission may vary depending on the credit provider, the type of product, and the terms of the finance.
In some circumstances, we may charge a brokerage or service fee for the services we provide. Where applicable, any such fee will be disclosed to you prior to proceeding and the amount of the fee and the circumstances in which it is payable will be clearly explained.
We may also receive non monetary benefits from credit providers, such as training, professional development, or access to systems and support services.

We collect personal information and credit related information about you.
If you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to process your application.
We may collect information directly from you, from credit reporting bodies, from credit providers, insurers and referrers, and from publicly available sources.
When assisting in the application process, we may also act on behalf of a credit provider for tasks reasonably necessary to manage your application.

These obligations do not generally apply to commercial credit.
9. Credit Reporting
